Growing up in Kalgoorlie-Boulder with a grader-driving dad and a craft-savvy mum, I learned early that hard work, detail, and creativity are a powerful mix. These qualities have shaped a career that spans decades, continents, and some of the world’s largest transformation programs.

I’ve worked across mining, higher education, engineering, public sector, and professional services, leading projects that restructure teams, realign capability, shift culture, and optimise how work gets done. I don’t do fluff. I don’t do cookie-cutter. I do practical, people-focused strategies that help organisations get the best from their workforce — and help people thrive at work.

My style? Think commercial realism with a human edge. I’ll ask the uncomfortable questions. I’ll help you see patterns you didn’t notice. And I’ll walk alongside you to shift ideas into action.

My Background

Before Optimal Resourcing launched in 2019, I spent over 20 years embedded in real teams solving real business problems — as a recruiter, transformation leader, organisational designer, and change strategist. Whether I’m in a boardroom in Brisbane, a depot in the Pilbara or facilitating a workshop in Delhi, I bring the same things to the table: sharp insight, grounded advice, and a deep respect for the people doing the work.

I’ve worked across remote Australia, India, the US, Singapore and Canada. And while I might geek out over org charts, capability frameworks and future-of-work models, I still cry laughing at Kath & Kim and always have room for dessert.
